Housekeeping Associates

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation in guest rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and resort premises.
• Perform daily cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, bed-making, and replenishment of amenities.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of housekeeping equipment, tools, and chemicals.
• Address guest requests promptly, courteously, and professionally to enhance satisfaction.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
• Support linen and laundry operations as required.
• Follow departmental SOPs, safety protocols, and resort sustainability guidelines diligently.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless resort operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in housekeeping within hotels/resorts. Freshers with the right attitude and grooming will also be considered.
• Prior experience in eco-resorts or boutique luxury properties will be an added advantage.
• Physically fit with the ability to perform manual tasks and work extended hours if required.
• Strong attention to detail, personal hygiene, and grooming standards.
• Basic communication skills in English and/or Hindi/Marathi.
• Team player with a service-first attitude and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
