About the Company

We are a fast-growing startup in the hostel and co-living sector, currently managing 2,500 beds and expanding to 4,000 beds by December 2025. We provide safe, clean, and comfortable living spaces for students and working professionals.

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Housekeepers to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and a welcoming environment across our hostel properties.

Role Overview

The Housekeeper will ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of rooms, common areas, and facilities, supporting the overall operational excellence of the hostel.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain hostel rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas daily.
• Ensure proper arrangement of furniture, linen, and cleaning supplies.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times.
• Assist in inventory checks for cleaning supplies and linen.
• Respond to resident requests for cleaning or housekeeping support.
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team and hostel management.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning services preferred.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and good time management skills.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety protocols preferred.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
