Key Responsibilities General Cleaning: Dusting furniture and fixtures, vacuuming carpets and rugs, sweeping and mopping floors, and polishing surfaces. Sanitation: Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas to maintain hygiene standards. Linen Management: Changing bed linens and towels, and ensuring a sufficient supply of clean ones is available. Supply Management: Restocking amenities, toiletries, and cleaning supplies in designated areas. Waste Disposal: Emptying trash cans and ensuring proper disposal of garbage and recycling. Reporting: Notifying supervisors or management about any maintenance needs, damage, or safety concerns. Equipment Care: Ensuring cleaning equipment is used safely, properly, and maintained. Common Work Environments Hospitality: Cleaning guest rooms and common areas in hotels. Residential: Maintaining cleanliness in private homes. Commercial: Cleaning offices, schools, and other commercial establishments. Required Skills & Qualities Attention to Detail: To ensure thorough and satisfactory cleaning. Physical Stamina: The ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods. Time Management: To complete tasks efficiently within scheduled times.
