Who we’re looking for:
• 4–5+ years in hospitality, estate, or household management
• Strong leadership, English/Hindi communication, and discretion
• Tech-savvy (Excel/Sheets), proactive, solution-oriented
• Comfortable traveling across locations
What you’ll do:
• Oversee household operations: cleaning, inspections, maintenance
• Supervise staff: housekeepers, drivers, support teams
• Manage expenses, payments, vendor coordination, and financial records
• Prepare homes before arrivals and reset post-departures
Preferred but not required:
• Diploma/degree in hospitality or estate/facility management
• Experience with luxury residences or high-net-worth families
