Sales Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement sales plans to meet revenue objectives, including setting sales goals, identifying target markets, and developing actionable plans. Conduct market research and identify business opportunities. Monitor and adjust sales strategies based on market conditions and competitor activity. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including travel agents, corporate clients, and event planners. Cultivate new business and nurture existing accounts. Provide excellent customer service and address client needs and concerns. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements for group bookings, events, conferences, and corporate stays. Ensure contracts are profitable for the hotel while meeting client expectations.
