We're Hiring! | Reservation Specialist
Location: GurugramExperience: 1 – 2 years, preferrably from Hotel Industry

Are you passionate about the travel & hospitality industry and love helping people plan their journeys? We're looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Reservation Executives!

What You'll Do:

Handle inbound/outbound reservation inquiries via calls, emails, or online portals.
Manage hotel/transport bookings and itinerary confirmations.Ensure smooth communication with guests and vendors.Maintain booking records and support daily operational tasks.Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.

Who Can Apply:

Fresh graduates with strong communication skills
Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in reservation/customer service rolesGood command of English and MS Office
