Hotel Reservation Executive

As a Hotel Reservations Manager, you will be responsible for handling hotel reservations for clients with a focus on ensuring timely and accurate bookings that align with their preferences and requirements. Your role will involve collaborating with hotels to negotiate competitive rates and secure the best possible deals for our clients. It will also require you to maintain a database of preferred hotels, including their amenities, pricing, and policies. Identifying potential hotel partners, establishing strong relationships, and negotiating contractual agreements to secure favorable terms, exclusive rates, and additional perks for our clients will be key aspects of your responsibilities. In this position, you will analyze booking trends, occupancy rates, and pricing data to make informed decisions and recommendations for cost reduction. Ensuring that hotels meet our quality standards and maintaining consistency in service levels across different locations will also be part of your role. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities. A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Proven experience in hotel booking management, tie-up negotiations, and cost control within the hospitality industry is essential. Being detail-oriented and highly organized to manage multiple bookings and tasks simultaneously will be advantageous in this position.,
