Hotel Receptionist

Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will ensure a warm welcome, smooth check-in/check-out process, and excellent customer service throughout their stay. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently. Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications. Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally. Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate billing records. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Adhere to hotel policies, security, and confidentiality standards. Requirements: Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk associate, or in a similar role (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software (PMS). Ability to handle cash, credit card transactions, and billing procedures. A positive and professional appearance and demeanor. Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. Fluency in English and local languages; additional languages are a plus.
