Back Office Assistant

Job Title: Office Assistant (Back Office) Location: Satellite, Ahmedabad Salary: ₹13,000 to ₹18,000 (negotiable based on experience) About the Role: We are looking for a reliable and experienced Office Assistant to join our back office team. This role does not involve on-site work at the resort. The Office Assistant will be responsible for handling booking inquiries and reservations, managing software for bookings, replying to emails, and coordinating with travel agents and online travel agencies (OTAs). Key Responsibilities: Handle all incoming booking inquiries and finalize reservations Manage booking software and maintain accurate records Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails Coordinate with travel agents and OTA partners to maximize bookings Ensure smooth back-office operations and customer satisfaction Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in direct customer interaction roles Strong computer skills and ability to work with booking software Good written and verbal communication skills Must be available to work Monday to Sunday , 9 AM to 5 PM (one weekday off) Compensation: Salary range: Upto ₹18,000 per month Final compensation to be determined based on experience and performance Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 16/06/2025
