Marketing & Promotions

  • Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns for hotels and resorts under Eazotel.
  • Support in managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) with engaging content and daily updates.
  • Research and suggest creative content ideas tailored for hospitality audiences.
  • Coordinate with the design team for creatives, videos, and marketing assets.

Digital Marketing Support

  • Monitor and optimize ongoing digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) under supervision.
  • Assist in keyword research, SEO optimization, and competitor analysis for hotels.
  • Track performance metrics (CPC, CTR, conversions, engagement) and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

Hotel & Guest Engagement

  • Research hospitality trends, guest behavior, and competitor marketing strategies.
  • Support in designing guest engagement campaigns such as festive promotions, influencer tie-ups, and seasonal offers.
  • Help in collecting testimonials, reviews, and guest feedback for marketing purposes.

Operations & Coordination

  • Work with the sales and account management teams to ensure marketing aligns with hotel goals.
  • Coordinate with partner hotels and properties for updates, offers, and marketing requirements.
  • Assist in managing hotel listings across OTAs, Google My Business, and social platforms.

Learning & Development

  • Gain hands-on experience in hospitality marketing tools (Zoho Social, Localo, Canva, CRM dashboards, etc.).
  • Learn campaign management, branding strategies, and client servicing in a hospitality context.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for Eazotel’s product and client growth.
