About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Manager to oversee operations of our Service Apartment. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth guest experiences, efficient staff management, and strong occupancy growth. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations, guest check-in/out, and service quality. Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams. Coordinate with vendors for supplies and property upkeep. Handle OTA listings (Airbnb, Booking.com, MMT, etc.) to boost occupancy. Monitor budgets, billing, and prepare reports for management. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and legal standards. Requirements Graduate in Hotel Management / Hospitality (preferred). 3+ years experience in hotel, serviced apartment, or property management. Strong leadership and customer service skills.
