Hotel Management Internship in Navi Mumbai

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities

• Assist in handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
• Learn how to manage guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Ensure guests have a seamless and memorable experience during their stay
• Understand the importance of cleanliness and hygiene standards in hotels
• Work with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms and public areas are well-maintained
• Conduct room inspections to ensure they meet ILIF’s quality standards
• Assist in restaurant operations, taking guest orders, and ensuring excellent dining experiences
• Learn about menu planning, restaurant branding, and F&B promotions
• Coordinate with chefs and servers to understand kitchen and service operations
• Support hotel managers in promoting hotel services and special offers
• Learn how to manage online travel agencies (OTAs) and pricing strategies
• Assist in social media and branding initiatives to enhance the hotel’s online presence
• Work closely with property managers, chefs, and housekeeping staff
• Learn how to manage inventory, hotel supplies, and cost control
• Participate in staff training and performance management activities
  

Requirements

• Fresh graduates in hospitality management, business administration, or related fields
• Passionate about the hospitality industry and eager to learn
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work in different departments and gain all-round experience
