Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Front Office Executive, located in Gandhinagar. The Hotel Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing complete night audit / income auditor duties, delivering exceptional financial reconciliation service, handling front office operations, and facilitating effective communication with overseas clients and staff. Additional responsibilities include managing check-in/check-out procedures, addressing overseas client inquiries, and coordinating with various departments to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• Hotel process awareness with software skills like OPERA / Choice / Cloudbeds...etc.
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
• Proficiency in Night Audit Duties and Front Office management
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to handle multitasking in a dynamic environment
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
