Responsibilities:

Standards & Compliance

Ensure familiarity with and strict compliance to the hotel's mission, standards, and policies while performing all maintenance and engineering activities.

Team Leadership & Performance Optimization

Maximize the potential of the maintenance team by maintaining a balanced focus on operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and owner expectations.

Department Representation

Represent the Engineering Department during daily HOD (Head of Department) morning meetings, providing updates on maintenance activities, issues, and priorities.

Planning & Scheduling

Prioritize, plan, schedule, assign, and supervise engineering department staff to ensure effective utilization of resources and timely completion of tasks.

Maintenance Operations & Project Oversight

Oversee routine maintenance activities, work orders, and special projects, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately, safely, and within defined timelines.
