Job Description

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and thank them upon departure.
Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using booking systems or manual logs.
Escort guests to tables and present menus.
Coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth table flow.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and entrance area.
Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information about the restaurant.
Manage guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests in a polite and professional manner.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the menu and ongoing promotions.
Ensure a positive guest experience and report any issues to the management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
