Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Hostel Warden to join our team at Chanakya University. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hostel management and supervision, with excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and manage the daily activities of students in the hostel.
Ensure the overall well-being and safety of students.
Maintain discipline and order in the hostel.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues or concerns.
Develop and implement hostel rules and regulations.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the hostel.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in hostel management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of student behavior and hostel management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Familiarity with university policies and procedures.
