Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Supervision & Security: Monitor daily activities, manage student entry/exit, maintain visitor logs, conduct inspections, and ensure overall safety.
Discipline & Rules: Enforce hostel rules fairly, address misconduct, and report serious cases to higher authorities.
Student Support: Offer guidance, emotional support, and counseling; act as a liaison between students and administration.
Operations Management: Oversee room allotment, hygiene, mess operations, and maintenance of hostel facilities.
Communication: Regularly update parents/guardians and coordinate with teachers and school management.
Activities: Organize recreational and cultural activities to build a healthy community.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and inventory.

Essential Skills

Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage discipline and handle crises effectively.
Understanding of child safety and emergency protocols.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹47,569.38 per month
