Job Description

Lead and manage the Commerce department, ensuring effective teaching and high educational standards. Plan, develop, and review curriculum, teaching materials, and assessment methods for commerce subjects. Provide guidance and support to teaching staff, facilitating professional development opportunities. Analyze student performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing strategies to address them. Collaborate with other departments to integrate interdisciplinary elements into the commerce curriculum. Organize and participate in school events, meetings, and activities that promote commerce education. Ensure compliance with CBSE requirements and standards, while exploring innovative pedagogical approaches. Engage with parents, students, and the wider community to promote the offerings of the Commerce department.
