• Lead and manage the Commerce department, ensuring effective teaching and high educational standards.
• Plan, develop, and review curriculum, teaching materials, and assessment methods for commerce subjects.
• Provide guidance and support to teaching staff, facilitating professional development opportunities.
• Analyze student performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing strategies to address them.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate interdisciplinary elements into the commerce curriculum.
• Organize and participate in school events, meetings, and activities that promote commerce education.
• Ensure compliance with CBSE requirements and standards, while exploring innovative pedagogical approaches.
• Engage with parents, students, and the wider community to promote the offerings of the Commerce department.
