Hostel Warden

Job Location - Bhongir, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri (Dist), Telangana

The Hostel Warden is responsible for overseeing the smooth functioning and day-to-day operations of the hostel. The role involves ensuring discipline, safety, cleanliness, and the overall well-being of residents while maintaining a secure and comfortable living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all hostel operations, including resident administration and facility upkeep.
  • Ensure safety, security, and discipline among hostel residents. • Monitor entry/exit of students and maintain proper attendance records. • Address student concerns, grievances, and emergencies promptly and effectively. • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security staff to ensure proper functioning of hostel facilities. • Enforce hostel rules, policies, and code of conduct. • Oversee allotment of rooms and assist with check-in/check-out procedures. • Maintain records of inventory, supplies, and hostel documentation. • Ensure a clean, hygienic, and disciplined environment within the hostel premises. • Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and amenities. • Communicate with parents/guardians and institute authorities when required.
