Aditya Academy Group of Schools – Barasat Branch ; Hiring: Hostel Warden (Male)

Location: Barasat, West Bengal

Aditya Academy (Barasat Branch), one of the leading educational institutions in Eastern India, is looking for a dedicated and responsible Hostel Warden to manage the day-to-day functioning of the hostel and ensure the safety, discipline, and well-being of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee hostel operations including cleanliness, security, and discipline.
• Supervise hostel staff, housekeeping, and food services.
• Maintain student records, attendance, and room allocations.
• Ensure students’ safety, enforce hostel rules, and resolve conflicts fairly.
• Act as a mentor and guide for hostel residents.
• Coordinate with parents, teachers, and school administration.
• Communicate fluently in English

Eligibility & Skills:

• Graduate (minimum qualification).
• Prior experience as a Hostel Warden / in hostel or student management preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Should be approachable, empathetic, and able to maintain discipline.
• Willing to stay on campus (residential position).
