Selected Intern's Day-to-day Resposibilities Include Breathe Life into Learning: Refresh and fine-tune SOPs, training decks, and kitchen checklists, from hygiene protocols to tech tools like POS systems and delivery apps, making them crisp, clear, and effective for our teams. Be the Eyes Behind the Scenes: Keep accurate records of who’s learning what, tracking attendance, and ensuring every team member’s growth journey is documented with care. Shadow the Action: Observe live training sessions in the kitchen or front-of-house, capturing the rhythm of real operations and learning what makes training tick in a high-energy food environment. Break Barriers, Build Bridges: Help translate or simplify training materials into Hindi or regional languages, because great training speaks everyone's language. Be the Friendly Face of Learning: Act as a go-to guide for new employees, answering questions, easing nerves, and making sure no one feels lost during their first few days. Master the Calendar: Help schedule training sessions across departments, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and everyone stays on track. Tell the Story with Data: Maintain neat logs, feedback forms, and evaluation sheets — turning numbers and notes into insights that help us improve.
