Job Description: Guest Host (Front-of-House – Boyapati Foods & Besta) Location: Vijayawada Brands: Boyapati Foods – Traditional sweets, savories, bakery, and milk products (Ground Floor) Besta – The Indian Kitchen – Premium fine-dining restaurant (First & Second Floors) Role Overview: We are seeking a warm, energetic, and customer-focused Host to serve as the first point of contact for all guests entering our store. The Host will be stationed at the ground floor entrance and will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, guiding guests to the right brand experience (Boyapati Foods or Besta), and ensuring seamless customer service. Key Responsibilities Warm Welcome: Greet and receive guests with courtesy, warmth, and professionalism. Customer Guidance: Enquire about the purpose of the guest’s visit and guide them towards: Boyapati Foods – for sweets, bakery, and dairy products. Besta – The Indian Kitchen – for dining (lunch/dinner). Brand Presentation: Represent both brands with confidence, sharing a brief introduction when required. Queue & Flow Management: Coordinate customer flow, ensuring restaurant guests are guided upstairs smoothly and retail guests are directed efficiently. Assist Guests: Provide basic information on store offerings, operating hours, and seating/wait times (for Besta). Hospitality Standards: Maintain a polished appearance, pleasant communication style, and high standards of guest care. Coordination: Work closely with store and restaurant staff to ensure guests’ needs are quickly attended to. Desired Skills & Qualities: Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Telugu, English, Hindi preferred). Polite, approachable, and customer-first attitude. Ability to multitask and remain calm in busy settings. Professional grooming and confident body language. Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or restaurants preferred, but not mandatory. QualificationsMinimum: 10+2 / Intermediate education. Hospitality training or prior hosting/front desk experience is an advantage. Compensation: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
