Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Barista, located on-site in Gurgaon. He/She will be responsible for:

- Preparing ingredients to ensure full availability during the shift and handover (topping cabinet, service counter, and serving stations).  

- Maintaining cleanliness in the service counter area, customer seating area. 

- Following the correct procedure for serving drinks and ensure that tables and chairs are arranged according to the layout.  

- Support other positions during the shift when necessary.

Qualifications

 - Serving experience is an advantage.

 - Good communication skills, warm and friendly with customers.

 - Quick, careful, and attentive in work.

 - Able to work under pressure.

 - Honest, responsible, and willing to support colleagues.
