Hospitality Assistant

Job Title: F&B Associate Department: Food & Beverage Service Reports To: F&B Supervisor / Restaurant Manager Job Summary: The F&B Service Associate is responsible for providing excellent guest service in the restaurant or outlet. The role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guest satisfaction in line with the company’s service standards. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and assist them in seating arrangements. Present menu, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly. Ensure tables are properly set up before service and cleaned after use. Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the dining area. Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and efficiently. Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for timely order delivery. Upsell menu items and promote ongoing offers to maximize sales. Follow all safety, hygiene, and grooming standards. Assist in mise-en-place and closing duties as assigned by supervisors. Attend briefings and training sessions regularly to enhance product knowledge and service skills. Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification. 0–2 years of experience in F&B Service (freshers may also apply). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
