Job Description

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Promote and sell [companys products or services] to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare providers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including doctors, procurement officers, and hospital administrators.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to inform business strategy.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to represent the company and generate leads.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelors degree
Minimum
2 - 5 years of experience
in healthcare or medical sales experience in hospital industry, diagnostics, medical devices) Eye hospital's candidate preferred).
Strong knowledge of healthcare market dynamics and customer segments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
