Hospital Sales Representative

Job Description: You will be responsible for promoting and selling Surgical Injectable products to hospitals, multispecialty clinics, and institutional healthcare providers. Your main tasks will include achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly revenue targets, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, executing product presentations and negotiations, staying updated on market trends, and coordinating closely with the head office team. Additionally, you will be required to maintain detailed sales reports and customer feedback. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell Surgical Injectable products to hospitals, multispecialty clinics, and institutional healthcare providers. - Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets (minimum proven record of 10 Lakhs in past roles). - Build strong working relationships with purchase departments, doctors, hospital administrators, and decision-makers. - Execute product presentations, negotiations, and follow-up for order closures. - Stay updated on competitor products, market trends, and pricing strategies. - Coordinate closely with the HO team in Bandra for reporting, strategy planning, and logistics. - Maintain detailed and accurate sales reports, customer feedback, and territory mapping. Qualification Required: - Minimum 7 years of experience in hospital sales within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. - Hands-on experience in Surgical Injectable product sales. - Proven track record of generating minimum 10 Lakhs+ business from hospitals/institutions. - Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. - Strong market knowledge of the Nashik healthcare landscape. - Ability to work independently with a sharp business mindset.,
