Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Hospital Quality Manager located in Noida. The Hospital Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of patient care across all departments. This includes developing and implementing quality management systems, conducting regular audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement among the medical and administrative staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Management and Quality Assurance
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with different departments
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Certification in Quality Management or related field is a plus
• Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is highly desirable
