Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hospital Floor Manager, located in Greater Noida. The Hospital Floor Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on the hospital floor, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing staff and resources, and maintaining effective communication with patients and staff. The role includes managing training programs for staff, ensuring compliance with hospital policies, and addressing any operational challenges that arise.
