Hospital Floor Manager

Role Overview: As a Hospital Floor Manager in Indore, your role involves overseeing the daily operations of patient care floors to ensure high standards of hygiene, patient service, and staff management for exceptional healthcare experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage daily activities on assigned hospital floors. - Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and support staff for timely and quality patient care. - Monitor cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the floor. - Address patient and family concerns with empathy and prompt resolution. - Ensure availability of necessary medical equipment and supplies. - Maintain accurate records of patient admissions, discharges, and transfers. - Conduct regular staff briefings and ensure compliance with hospital policies. - Assist in emergency situations and facilitate quick response from relevant teams. - Ensure adherence to health, safety, and infection control protocols. Qualification Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital administration or floor management. - Strong leadership and team coordination skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively. - Knowledge of hospital operations, patient care protocols, and medical terminology is preferred. Additional Details: In this role, you would work 6 days a week in rotational shifts (Morning/Evening/Night) as per hospital requirements.
