Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Hospital Quality Manager located in Kolkata. The Hospital Quality Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the quality of patient care services, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, conducting audits, and developing quality improvement initiatives. The role involves working closely with medical staff and administrative teams to implement best practices, reviewing patient feedback, and providing training and support to healthcare professionals. Additional responsibilities include data analysis and reporting on quality metrics to identify areas for improvement. Qualifications Experience in healthcare quality management and quality improvement initiatives Familiarity with healthcare regulations, standards, and compliance Strong analytical and data interpretation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to conduct audits and reviews Experience in training and supporting healthcare staff Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field; advanced degree preferred Relevant certifications in Quality Management or similar areas are a plus Proficiency in using hospital management software and tools
