Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement, storage, and distribution of medicines and medical supplies.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages.
  • Maintain accurate records of drug inventory and documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments for timely order placement and deliveries.
  • Ensure cold chain management for temperature-sensitive drugs.
  • Conduct regular audits of pharmacy inventory and maintain quality control standards.
  • Assist in budgeting, cost control, and waste minimization strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and statutory norms (e.g., Drug & Cosmetics Act).
  • Handle return and disposal of expired or unused medicines appropriately.
  • Support digital/ERP inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Mediware, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
