We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Hospital Manager to oversee the daily operations of our veterinary facility. Responsibilities

• Supervise all hospital staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage human resources functions, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee financial management, including budgeting, expense tracking, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and standards of care.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with veterinary professionals to enhance patient care and service delivery.
• Maintain effective communication with staff, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Address any issues or concerns raised by staff or clients promptly and effectively.

Experience

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a veterinary or healthcare setting is essential.
• Strong background in human resources management is preferred.
• Demonstrated financial management skills with the ability to manage budgets effectively.
• Familiarity with veterinary practices and procedures is advantageous.
