Hospital HR Manager

As an HR Manager for a reputed hospital in Prayagraj, your role will involve handling various HR operations independently. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling staff joining, induction, and exit formalities. - Maintaining employee records and ensuring statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.). - Coordinating with department heads for manpower planning and performance evaluation. - Ensuring smooth HR operations and maintaining discipline within hospital staff. - Supporting management in policy implementation and grievance handling. - Managing duty rosters and leave records of hospital staff.
