Hospital Administrator

You have an exciting opportunity as a Hospital Administrator at Vapi location with Aarvi Encon Limited. As a Hospital Administrator, your role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations and strategic management of hospital services. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing and managing the daily functioning of all hospital departments such as OPD, IPD, Emergency, Radiology, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Housekeeping, Security, and Maintenance. - Ensuring smooth execution of hospital workflows, SOPs, and service delivery protocols. - Monitoring patient admission-discharge cycles, bed management, and overall patient flow. - Coordinating between clinical and support functions. - Managing resources and budgets effectively. - Ensuring compliance, licensing, and accreditation requirements are met. - Focusing on patient experience and service quality. - Managing and leading the hospital staff. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Medical degree (MBBS/BHMS/BUMS/BDS) from a recognized medical school. - Postgraduate qualification in healthcare management, hospital administration, or public health (e.g., MBA, MPH, MHA) preferred. - Valid medical license to practice medicine in the relevant jurisdiction. - Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, with at least 1 to 3 years of experience in hospital management or healthcare administration. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of healthcare policies, regulations, and accreditation standards. - Ability to analyze complex issues, make sound decisions, and implement effective solutions. - Proficiency in healthcare information systems, medical billing, and electronic health records.
