Job Description

Be Well Hospital req Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor daily hospital operations, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and support services.
Coordinate with medical, nursing, and non-clinical teams for seamless functioning.
Oversee patient admission, discharge, and billing processes to ensure a smooth experience.
Ensure proper staffing, duty rosters, and leave management of non-clinical staff.
Monitor facility management, housekeeping, and hygiene standards.
Assist in budgeting, inventory management, and procurement coordination.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency.
Ensure adherence to NABH, statutory, and safety guidelines.
Handle patient grievances, feedback, and service improvement initiatives.
Support management in implementing new policies, cost control measures, and quality initiatives.

Key Skills:

Strong leadership and coordination abilities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office and hospital information systems.
Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
