Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with expertise in AutoCAD and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems to support the design, execution, and maintenance of hospital infrastructure projects. The role requires coordination with architects, contractors, and facility managers to ensure the delivery of healthcare facilities that meet regulatory, safety, and operational standards. Key Responsibilities: Plan, design, and supervise construction and renovation projects within hospital premises. Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings for structural layouts, utilities, and hospital facilities. Coordinate and integrate MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, electrical) with civil structures. Ensure designs and construction practices comply with hospital infrastructure codes, NABH standards, and other local regulations. Conduct site inspections, assess progress, and resolve on-site issues in collaboration with contractors and vendors. Manage material estimates, budgets, timelines, and resource planning. Support the maintenance and upgrade of hospital infrastructure including OPD, ICU, labs, operation theaters, etc. Prepare project documentation including BOQs, RFIs, status reports, and compliance logs. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), and other drafting tools. Minimum 10 years of experience in civil projects, preferably in healthcare or commercial buildings. Good knowledge of MEP integration with civil infrastructure. Strong understanding of hospital functional design (sterilization, ventilation, infection control areas). Familiar with construction safety standards and hospital infrastructure codes. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in AutoCAD or MEP systems. Experience working with NABH/JCI-accredited hospitals. Knowledge of Green Building concepts in healthcare. Work Conditions: Full-time, on-site role. May require travel between multiple hospital locations or construction sites.
