Horticulturist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for identifying and having knowledge of ornamental plants and their maintenance operations, including the specific requirements of different categories of plants. Additionally, you will need to have experience in the development and maintenance of terrace gardens and vertical gardens. Your role will also involve having a good understanding of fertilization, pest and disease control methods, including organic approaches. Efficient labor management skills and knowledge of statutory compliances will be essential, along with the ability to interpret AUTOCAD drawings. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as proficient e-mailing skills for coordination with internal departments, associations, external clients, and vendors, are required. Working knowledge of irrigation systems, the ability to study irrigation drawings, proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, Power Point), budgeting, cost negotiation skills, planning, scheduling, and follow-ups are also necessary. Candidates with experience in handling layout projects will be preferred.
