Assistant Manager / Sr Executive

Job Description: You must possess good functional knowledge in the Real Estates industry and have experience in the purchase cycle. It is essential to understand drawings, site requirements, and the scope of work. Technical analysis of BOQ material should be conducted through technical discussions with the MEP Team, Execution team, and Contractors. You should have a good grasping power and be open to acquiring new learnings. Evaluating vendors and having the ability to multitask and work under pressure are key requirements for this role. Reporting the progress of work to seniors regularly is important. Knowledge in SAP - MM is preferred for this position.
