Job Description

Plant Care and Maintenance:Manage the day-to-day care of all plants within the hotel premises, including gardens, indoor plants, and outdoor landscaped areas.Watering, pruning, fertilizing, and applying pesticides as necessary to ensure plant health and aesthetics.Regularly inspect plants for signs of disease, pests, or poor health and take appropriate action to address issues.Landscape Design and Development:Collaborate with hotel management to design and implement landscape projects that enhance the hotel's aesthetic appeal.Select appropriate plants, trees, and flowers that thrive in the local climate and align with the hotel's theme and style.Plan and execute seasonal plantings and decorations to keep the landscape fresh and engaging.Environmental Sustainability:Implement eco-friendly practices in plant care, such as using organic fertilizers and sustainable pest control methods.Promote water conservation techniques and manage irrigation systems efficiently.Advocate for the use of native and drought-resistant plants to minimize water usage and maintenance needs.
