Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for premium syrups and specialty ingredients.
  • Identify and acquire new HoReCa accounts, including hotels, restaurant chains, cafs, and bars.
  • Demonstrate and consult on product applications such as syrups for coffee, cocktails, and mocktails, along with specialty ingredients.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing HoReCa customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
  • Track market trends, competitor pricing, and new business opportunities within the F&B sector.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and regular sales reports.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience:

    2 + years of sales experience, with at least 1 - 2 years in the HoReCa segment (Bangalore preferred).
  • Fresher with Qualification into Bachelors in Hotel management & Catering Technology, can also apply.

  • Industry Exposure:

    Experience in selling beverage syrups, coffee consumables, or specialty food & beverage ingredients will be an added advantage.
  • Skills:

    Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Tools:

    Comfortable using CRM systems and preparing sales reports.
  • Market Knowledge:

    Good understanding of the Bangalore hospitality and F&B market.
  • Education:

    Bachelors degree.
