Job Description

General Roles and Responsibilities

  • Sales coordinator will be the point of contact for communications and alignments between Sales team and Production/ SCM/ Operational departments.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team.
  • Manage sales orders, ensuring timely processing and tracking.
  • Coordinate with production department for order execution and delivery scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including orders, inventory levels, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics) to resolve any issues related to order fulfillment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-4 years of experience in Sales Coordination or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Order Tracking software, FIeld Assist
  • Knowledge of Distribution Management System (DMS) is a plus
  • Strong understanding of Sales MIS systems; ability to learn new software quickly.
