General Roles and Responsibilities Sales coordinator will be the point of contact for communications and alignments between Sales team and Production/ SCM/ Operational departments. Provide administrative support to the sales team. Manage sales orders, ensuring timely processing and tracking. Coordinate with production department for order execution and delivery scheduling. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including orders, inventory levels, and customer interactions. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics) to resolve any issues related to order fulfillment. Desired Candidate Profile 2-4 years of experience in Sales Coordination or similar role. Proficiency in Order Tracking software, FIeld Assist Knowledge of Distribution Management System (DMS) is a plus Strong understanding of Sales MIS systems; ability to learn new software quickly.
