Job Title: Homologation EV & Vehicle Performance Educational Qualification: B.E or B. Tech in Electrical /Mechanical /Automotive Work Experience : 6-9 years in Vehicle Electrical, Body chassis & Performance Job Requirement: Expertise in Electrical, Body, Chassis & Performance: Skilled in EV & Vehicle performance including AIS 038/039/040/041, AIS 102, AIS 004, AIS 008, IS:15796, IS:15804, IS:11827 etc., and equivalent UNR export regulations. Comprehensive Test Procedure Knowledge: Proficient in preparing worst-case criteria (WCC) and conducting extensive hands-on tests, including pre-checks, instrumentation, vehicle preparation, validations, analysis, and reporting. Audit and Compliance: Experienced in conducting audits, analyzing test failures and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory norms. Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including test agencies and senior management. Soft Skills: Exhibits a positive attitude, leadership, enthusiasm for learning, adaptability, and a proactive mindset. Microsoft Office Proficiency: Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications. VIII. Job Responsibilities Lead a team effectively in project planning and execution. Act as a compliance auditor in development and homologation testing to ensure adherence to internal standards and regulations. Collaborate with internal teams such as Design, Engineering, Quality, and Product Planning to ensure vehicles meet relevant regulations and internal design standards. Conduct thorough research and analysis of automotive regulations, staying updated with any changes that may impact the homologation/validation process. Develop and maintain the project test schedule, ensuring timely completion of all necessary documentation and testing activities. Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams regarding regulatory requirements. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in the automotive domain.
