- Looking for Mid-level Merchandiser with Home Textile experience preferably from an Export House
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience required- Experience in sample development and production process (yarn dyeing, power loom and autoloom weaving of fabrics, stitching, embroidery, beadwork, printing etc)- Will assist Head Client Services in planning and controlling sample and production at their own and vendor locations.- Good techno-commercial understanding to enable monitoring timely completion of production with relevant costing.- Evaluating Testing and packaging requirements for all orders, ensuring compliance with buyers protocols.- Time and quality management is a must- Must have dealt with the Production centre at a distance and direct dealings with overseas buyers and buying agencies- Must be willing to travel within IndiaQualificationsTextile education is a mustStrong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft ExcelGood communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to team goalsKnowledge of international markets, pricing, and sourcingExperience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is a plus
