The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with design and production teams, taking care of our listing across the E-commerce platforms, Coordinating with our logistics team, Monitoring and responding to customers Responsibilities: Upload and Maintain, Listings, Stock and Inventory for Shopify, Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, etc. Maintain merchandising data, including cost sheets, BOMs, pricing, and product specs. Support the senior merchandiser with the demand forecasting, stock planning, and inventory management in line with sales trends. Analyse sell-through and prepare reports to assess performance Monthly, Quarterly and Annually. Coordinate with our Logistics partners to ensure timely pick up and delivery of our shipments. Monitoring and responding to customer complaints,DMs, Comments and queries. Designing graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and marketing materials as needed. Maintaining a database on the collaboration requests we receive on our social media. Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and visual assets. This is a full-time office based role in Chennai. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Footwear Design, Leather Technology, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in leather footwear or accessories. Strong understanding of footwear Industry, Fashion Industry, materials (especially leather), and manufacturing processes. Excellent communication and vendor management skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and merchandising tools. Eye for detail, style, and commercial awareness. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
