We are expanding our team and looking for dedicated fixed-salary employees to drive our home-loan sales and marketing efforts. Job Title: Home-Loan Sales & Marketing Executive Employment Type: Full-time, Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives Job Location: Jalna 🔹 What You Will Do: Generate and source leads for home-loans via various channels: field visits, local networking, referrals, real estate agents / builders, social media / WhatsApp outreach. Engage with prospective home-buyers: understand their requirements, explain home-loan products, eligibility, interest rates, EMI plans, documentation requirements, etc. Manage end-to-end loan application process: help clients with documentation, coordinate with bank or underwriting teams, follow-up till sanction / disbursement Maintain and build relationships with real estate agents / builders / channel-partners to generate a steady pipeline of leads. Meet defined monthly / quarterly targets — both new leads generation and conversions. 🎯 Who Should Apply: Graduate (any discipline) or equivalent — freshers welcome; prior experience in sales / banking / real estate is plus. Strong communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills — ability to interact with customers, agents, and bank officials. Self-motivated, target-oriented, willing to work independently, follow-up persistently, manage documentation and after-sales coordination.
