Home Care Nurse

• Patient Care: Provide comprehensive nursing care, including wound care, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs.
• Care Planning: Develop and implement patient-specific care plans in collaboration with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
• Education: Educate patients and their families on treatment procedures, pain management, nutrition, and healthy practices.
• Monitoring & Documentation: Assess and monitor patient recovery, maintaining detailed medical records of progress and communications.
• Emotional Support: Offer compassionate emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times.
• Coordination: Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Medical Skills: Proficiency in wound care, intravenous therapy, medication administration, and patient assessment.
• Communication Skills: Active listening, empathy, and clear communication to explain complex medical information to patients and families.
• Problem-Solving & Adaptability: The ability to assess situations and make sound decisions, adapting to changing patient needs.
• Documentation Skills: Excellent report writing skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
• Other Requirements: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are often necessary for home visits.

• Home-Based Care: The primary work setting is the patient's home, requiring visits to various locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
