Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Holiday Packages Executive based in Kachiguda. The Holiday Packages Executive will manage client travel requirements by designing customized holiday packages, coordinating bookings, and ensuring seamless travel arrangements. Responsibilities include conducting client consultations, researching destinations, negotiating with vendors, and providing post-sale customer support. The role also involves meeting sales targets and maintaining client satisfaction by addressing their travel concerns and preferences.

Qualifications/Skills

• Experience in travel planning, creating customized holiday packages, and itinerary management
• Strong research and organizational skills to efficiently evaluate destinations and options
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills for obtaining the best deals
• Customer service and communication skills to understand client needs and resolve queries effectively
• Sales and goal-oriented mindset to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
• Proficiency in relevant travel booking software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism or a related field is preferred
• Passion for travel and understanding of global destinations

Languages Required

Hindi, English Mandatory.
