Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Holiday Packages Executive based in Jalandhar. The Holiday Packages Executive will be responsible for creating customized holiday packages, assisting clients with travel itineraries, booking travel arrangements, providing advice on destinations, and coordinating travel insurance. Additionally, the role involves managing client relationships, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities Design and sell tailor-made luxury holiday packages (domestic & international). Handle end-to-end client requirements: understanding needs, preparing itineraries, sending quotations, and finalizing bookings. Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, and local suppliers to ensure best rates and seamless arrangements. Maintain updated knowledge of luxury hotels, resorts, and experiences globally. Suggest and upsell premium experiences such as private transfers, curated tours, villa stays, and exclusive add-ons. Manage client documentation, confirmations, vouchers, and payment follow-ups. Deliver exceptional customer service with focus on personalization and attention to detail. Keep track of market trends, new destinations, and supplier offers. Requirements Graduate/Diploma in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality preferred. 2–5 years of experience in handling holiday packages, preferably luxury segment. Strong knowledge of international destinations, hotels, and DMCs. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace; familiarity with travel CRMs and booking platforms is a plus. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
